Rituals and ceremonies are some of the most powerful, transformative experiences in the Work That Reconnects spiral, especially when they are done well. Leading powerful ritual requires a set of skills and understanding that you can’t find in the WTR texts.

In the third of a 3-part series, facilitators Kathleen Rude and Frieda Nixdorf will create space for a rich exploration of the Council of All Beings ritual.

During the first half of our time together, Kathleen and Frieda will invite us into ritual space with a grounding invocation, briefly outline the various aspects of effective ritual, and will then lead us in an online Council of All Beings ritual. Please note that this is primarily a teaching webinar, so the ritual part will be shorter than it might be if we were offering the Council as a stand-alone experience.

During the second part, they will lead a discussion about specific facilitation techniques and approaches (for both online and in person), explore the power of imagination and interconnection, and then open up the space for reactions, questions and sharing of additional tips and facilitation experiences from participants.
