I first met Frieda through a Council of All Beings that she hosted, via Zoom. I have long wanted to partake of a Council, but had never had the pleasure to do so in-person and wondered if I'd ever get the chance, seeing as so much of the spaces once held in person have now migrated to virtual. I was a little nervous and curious (and skeptical) about how something so visceral, kinesthetic, and embodied would translate over Zoom. However, from the introductory email Frieda sent our group through the closing of our Zoom Council, Frieda held our group with such gorgeous, perfect loving awareness and my experience of partaking in a Council turned out to be everything I had imagined it would be, only times a billion. There is something so intimate about a Zoom Council, emphasizing that connection, when sought with open arms by its participants under the gentle direction of a facilitator such as Frieda, is possible even across continents, airwaves, and species. My experience of a Council of All Beings facilitated by Frieda was utterly profound, thanks to the space she holds, the grace her presence grants to all, and the vulnerability she herself brings to the spaces she creates and sustains for others. I would eagerly take any other offerings from her and am so thankful to her for making my dream of experiencing a Council come true. Thank you, Frieda.

I feel truly blessed to have had Frieda as a Purpose Guide. From our very first meeting I knew I was in safe hands, as she walked beside me on a journey that was both raw and unsettling as well as enriching and rewarding.
I can’t imagine anyone who could have been more perfectly suited to guide my soul journey. Her ability to grasp the subtlety and gentleness required at times, to notice the fleeting signs that could easily be missed and to encourage me to explore these threads, sometimes seeing and pointing out things I was about to rush past and miss, and in the the next moment be a rock of strength, keeping me to my task and reminding me to keep walking into the fire.
These qualities of her guiding combined with her natural empathy and kindness really allowed me to slow down and explore the deepest parts of my soul and to have the courage to be present with what I found there.
The course was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever undertaken. It has changed my understanding of myself and my life’s journey in a very profound and enriching way and I have Frieda to thank for making that change possible and the journey so enjoyable.

This 6 week intro to Work that Reconnects Spiral became the best part of my week and was so looking forward to the sessions every Friday.
